Hi Lisa, Although it sounds as if you might be having another issue with the website you're trying to access, in answer to your question below, no, I don't think the storage card with the patch in it needs to be inserted in the BN. For, this ordinarily isn't the case when patches or upgrades are installed; and, too, you might want to note the below sentence next to that patch on the BN downloads page, just in case you should ever perform a hard reset with your unit:
