[Braillenote] pac mate and mpower

hi chuck, I have an mpower while my wife has a pac mate; since 
last Aug.  she has had 3 machines; on the first one a key came 
off during unpacking, the second one would not stop resetting 
itself.  loosing data, we are keeping our fingers crossed on this 
one.  Do the programs on pac mate work well for blind people? no! 
They need to simplify their help menu I will keep my mpower.
