Thanks Richard yes I rang them and they sent this braillenote visual
display program that I have on my pc but I cannot seem to reinstate
my flash disk.
you maybe correct I may have to send it in.
I have been tuning pianos all day so will give it another go in the morning.
never knew anything like this before.
I thought after a re-set all should re-install.
I wonder if I go in to active sync and delete the flash disk what
will happen after a re-set.
