Why not put the latest upgrade onto CF and install again and see what
happens. You may also need the Boot Loader, or your key, depending on the
version you're installing. You might want to give more details about this
so that Andrew, or someone on the list, can be sure to advise you of the
files you need.
Yes, you can get a serial cable for the PK. I didn't get one when I
purchased the PK and decided, wrongly, I would just leave it for a while as
I wouldn't need it immediately. Well, I then realised this was a high
priority on the agenda so asked for one. (I'll spare HW some of the
embarrassment here . . ..) Eventually I have learned there are none in
stock so I have another wait now. I suggest you should order too. Oh, yes,
you should also have a USB cable. Can't live without one of these.
John, I guess you're operating with either a wireless or Bluetooth
connection to use Hyperterminal.

I have real problems with my pk.
I cannot access the flash disk at all there by no email or internet.
I have the hypher terminal program on my pc and I follow the procedure to
get my flash disk re-installed but
after I connect and create a connection called pk when I switch the pk
back on it says serial number needed.
also should I have a serial cable and a usb cable for the pk. thanks.
