Hi Kathleen:
After you delete many messages from the trash, it is necessary to
free the database space, otherwise, your machine will become
sluggish. From the main menu, press E, S, F. You will hear
several beeps, and your Braille display should show you that your
database is being cleared. If you haven't done this, it may take
a little bit, and a large number will show up. As a general
rule, it's good to free them after a long email session.

Where do I find the "Free E-Mail Database,?"
And, is this like clearing deleted messages on a PC?
If not, what does it accomploish?
(I thought when I deleted a message it was gone!)
