Ottawa Canada Bad news, the BrailleNote Mpower does NOT support Braille display for a PC mode with the USB port.
You can use the serial port or Blue tooth only. If your PC has no Blue tooth or serial port but has an USB port, you will either need a USB Blue tooth dongle for the pc or a USB to serial converter.
