Keith, Before we dive in, I'll go over what is really Bluetooth and WiFi is: Bluetooth is a type of wireless radio connection that works as a peer to peer model. It is not a network. In order to connect to a Bluetooth device properly, you need a string known as authentication code. This proves to the other Bluetooth device that it is okay to connect to other device. Wireless Fidelity is a type of network connection that is wireles equivalent to Ethernet cable. In this mode, you can browse folders, print to a network printer (I'm not sure whether it is supported or not), and more. So, you cannot use network option using Bluetooth connection (Bluetooth is peer to peer, reather than network), while you can browse the network using Wireless connection.
