During the semester, I like to keep track of reading assignments.  In Outlook, 
I would go to tasks (or simply do new task) and assign a date and the pages for 
the assignment.  There are no times specified but you can use reminders if you 
so choose.  The tasks can be pulled up as a list of all tasks not including 
actual appointments.  Then when I finish an assignment, I can mark it as 
completed.

I currently keep track of things on my computer and cell phone that can be 
synchronized.  I have been synchronizing the planner on the BNQT but I have not 
actually been using the Planner.  I am working through reading that section of 
the manual now.
