RE: [Braillenote] What's with Dot 4?

I was thinking I was the only one with this problem.  However, 
mine takes in several dots, but the dot four is a bad one.  Also, 
when I'm writing, my dot 4 doesn't always work with the other 
keys.  Many times I try to send an email and, say I'm sending one 
to my Husband, it will say "cannot  find charle;".
 I don't have the answer to that one.  As for the dots, I have 
to exercise my cells a lot.  The one thing we do is put a very 
little alcohol on a paper towel, and gently rub it across the 
display while it's exercising.  Before long, though, my dots get 
crazy again.
