Dianne I think you have to change your setting in key word to
something other than a braille file. If your getting that
message it sounds to me that your default document setting is for
a braille file. Control plus x when in the create new document
should fix it for you. I would think.

Good morning,
When I attempt to change my document setting from RTF to KEYWORD
TEXT DOCUMENT, i receive the message that this is a BRAILLE
DOCUMENT, and all QWERTY functionality is removed from my VN QT
keyboard. I have done all resets, including the SERVICE RESET;
and the problem hasn't been resolved. What do you suggest that I
try next? I'm open for all thoughts and ideas here. BTW, the
unit is currently on AC power.
