Hi Pam, I've noticed this one as well, and have just had a chat with our KeyWeb engineer. He advises that he is doing exactly as documented by Microsoft to disable the IE file download dialogues. As you have seen, this works most of the time, but on some occasions, for a reason that presently remains inexplicable, the dialogue pops up again. We'll log this, and perhaps take it up with Microsoft if we need to at some point to see what they might suggest.
