Hi Cynthia,
Technically if all goes well, the files will be transfered to the mPower when it is upgraded. Just to play it safe, I used active Sync and put all my files on my PC while my Braille Note was being upgraded. I couldn't read them of course but if I had to restore them to the MPower they would have been available to me. Once I got my mPower and saw that all my files were there I just deleted the extra copy from my hard drive.

I have a consumer who is considering getting an MPower transplant. She currently has a braillenote classic with a braille keyboard. How would one go about backing up files on this unit? Any assistance is appreciated!
