Richard;
Write me direct, next week and I can tell you a little about Braille
music. It is not hard at all. The upper 2/3 of the cell make the note
and the bottom dot tells you what kind of note it is. A half, a
quarter, a whole...
Dot combinations are placed in frunt of the notes to tell you the
octives, only when they change. See, I told you it was easy.
I used to read Braille music with one hand, have a baritone horn
strapped to my body and play it with my right.
I played piano some but I stuck with the guitar.

Hi Michelle,
I think this is a grand idea. I might actually do something about
learning braille music if I had it on my PK so I could get verbal
confirmation as to what I'm reading.
Of course, I have no idea how difficult it would be to do that, but
given the other languages, computer braille, etc., it seems to me
that it should indeed be possible.

Even though I don't read music braille, I'd likely pay extra to have
it. One could almost teach oneself braille music if it were on a
device like this.

Thanks for bringing this up.
