Hello; All, I am having the same problem. I can't connect to active sync. Every time I try to connect it says not connected. Jonathan do you know why this is happening? Please write back. I did all I could. I changed the ports from com 1 to com 2 and switch from com 2 to com 1. Please help! Please write back.
