What a sound peace of advice Kathy, and I for one will certainly heed your words of caution. Thank you so much for sharing with us the lesson you have learned. Isaih

Subject: [Braillenote] A hard learned lesson

Dear List,
I just spent the afternoon with a corrupted Keymail system on my
BN mPower. I received a corrupted email, I could not get it out
of the inbox. Whenever I landed on it in the inbox the BN
totally froze, and I had to reset.
Thanks to our most helpful Rhonda, I now have a working BN, but I
am without my email messages which I'd saved in folders in
Keymail.
Yes, I could have spent lots of time either sending them to
myself again, or saving them somewhere, but I made the difficult
decision to just delete the keymail cdb file. I have to rewrite
the configurations on both sides, but that's much easier.
I urge you all to do what Rhonda urged me to do and which I did
not do with most of the saved messages, and that is to save what
you really want to keep onto either a CF or SD card.
Take it from one who, sadly, knows!
Kathy
