There are different speeds of DSL modems and services. All
operate well with BrailleNote products. Mine is through
Bellsouth, but there are dozens of good providers. And, yes,
Bellsouth has, along with others good spam filtering.
Your dial up BrailleNote modem runs at a baud rate of 56,000 (my
first modem ran at only 300). The DSL connection be it fast,
extreme or ultra should download your email in a snap and stream
your audio smoothly.
