Sharon, Please explain me how to. I did try on ActiveSync and copy a file but its format is for KeySoft. So I do not know how to do. I know KeySoft has "MS Wordpad" but it is in KeySoft format. How could I have them into filename.doc or filename.txt?

What you do to print a users manual is you go into the usual keyword menu and select print a document. Go into that, and when it asks you for the drive name, go Keysoft System disk and when it asks you for the folder name go manual. Then, when it asks you what document to print go space with dots three five and hit enter. You will have the users manual then.
