Hi Kevin;
How hot was it there? Also could the humidity have anything to do with
it?
I know they tell you to not let your machine to get over heated, but I
think that was over 100...
Could moisture from humidity cause it?
Just a few ideas.

Even though that may sound funny, I also wondered the same thing. I am
not
sure though. I have used it before in the mountains at different
altitudes,
4400 feet and 7400 feet. I have also used it on the plane at 40,000
feet.
All of the times basically doing the same task that I was doing while I
was
in Napa, the GPS. I was calculating a route for all of the times, except
for
the plane ride, I was just checking around, mainly for curiosity. When I
was
in Napa, the altitude there was about 1000 feet, but that is a true
assertion, the pressure is greater at a lower altitude may have some
sort of
affect. If I think back to the course I took last year (Physics), I may
come
up with some sort of conclusion. But, I hope that someone is able to
give
some sort of definite answer to this, I don't feel like spinning around
in
circles and thinking so theoretically. I know that this is not a single
user
problem, as I have seen this on all three types of BrailleNotes the PK,
VoiceNote, and BrailleNote.
