Dear list members, Some of us has expressed lately that sometimes Eloquence drops words or characters and may lock up in somje instances. Here are my suggestions and procedures: 1. Did this happen if certain storage device was connected? Did you try to unplug it? When you did it, did it stop? Does it apply to a certain port or a slot or a particular card or an item? 2. What was the memory value when this happened? Go to Support Informaiton Mode (actually a console) with space with o (Fn+o) then space with I (Read=i). Press space with I (Read with i) again. When Eloquence drops some characters a bit, it means that almost all of the memory on the mPower has been eaten (taken or used).
