This is common with PDA's. It truly amazing all of the ills that a
reset will cure.

Steve: Who knows why these machines behave the way they do? Sometimes
I've got to do a reset with dots 4 5 6 held down and sometimes I have to
do that e f s drill after I empty the trash and then my Mpower seems to
behave much better. Who knows!! Its good that there's a list her to
bounce ideas and compare notes about these units.

p.s. Thank you again for chatting with me earlier regarding VOIP
matter. Appreciate. The best everyday.

Subject: [Braillenote] Random Reset on Clasic BN

Greetings
Since installing KeySoft 7.0 I occasionally experience a problem
where my braille display freezes, i.e. whatever is there stays,
regardless of what I type, pressing the thumb-keys, or even turning off
the unit. After, perhaps thirty seconds, my BrailleNOte resets itself
with what I assume is a dot 123 reset, as I need to reset the clock, but
all other data and settings remain. I installed KeySoft 7.1, in hopes of
solving the problem, but it is still happening! Any comments
appreciated.
Best regards.

             Steve
