The answer to your question is no you can't. I reread your message and in
fact you were quite clear about what you wanted to do. Most work sites allow
you to connect using one of two ways. the first is to use remote desktop to
create a virtual environment. The second is by secure access. This method
requires VPN usually some kind of card reader and network level access to
connect directly to the PC. It assumes of course you know where the pc is at
the other end.

The problem for you is that the BrailleNote doesn't support any kind of
securer remote either vpn or remote desktop. At this time you could only
sink your calendar address book ECT. Even collecting your mail could prove
interesting because most businesses don't support unsecured access through
the internet.

I use remote access to access my work files all the time unfortunately we
won't be supporting this for BrailleNotes and most likely will not be
recommending them in the future for business because they simply don't
support people who need full functionality in a portable machine. So its
carrying my laptop to bad to because its possible the desire just isn't
there.
