Here's what I would try.
1. open the spreadsheet.
2. Go to the file menu, and select the save as option.
3. save the file as a csv file.
4. save the file to a device such as a thumb drive, or something where you
can transfer it to the mPower.
5. once the device you transfered the file to is placed in the BrailleNote,
do the following.
1. from the main menu press d for the database manager.
And, right now, I am not exactly sure how to direct you in this area,
because, if I remember correctly from my importing experience, you would
need to create a database on your mPower...
When you receive the spreadsheet with your mPower, if you could send me a
copy, perhaps we could work on importing it together, but right now, I don't
want to provide you with incorrect information.
So, you can at least know how to save the spreadsheet to get ready for
importing.
I sincerely appologize that I could not be of more help right now, and if I
think of anything helpful/useful, I'll be sure to pass it along!

Subject: [Braillenote] Spreadsheet query
Hi all,
I was given some work to do this morning by my university as a sample to
what I'm
expected to do in my HND course. It is a spreadsheet. However, can
someone explain
to me, in a new braillenote user's fashion please, how I would export the
spreadsheet
to my braillenote mpower which I'm applying for as part of my dsa? I am
aware that
you cannot open the spreadsheet directly on the mpower, so thorough
explaining would
be necessary please. Thanks for any help.
