I know there's not much more that can be said on this subject.
If rehab bought your PacMate, they may be hesitant to purchase
other equipment. I don't know whether or not this is the case.
If so, you might send an email as was suggested, explaining why
this equipment doesn't work for you. I don't want to deviate and
talk about that equipment, but ask for demonstrations on
equipment so that you know it's what you need. It's hard getting
equipment, not knowing what it will or will not do. Best of
