Katie, There is a way: 1. On your computer or BrailleNote, go to www.braillenote.com. 2. At the BrailleNote page, go to BrailleNote downloads link. 3. At the following page, go to the link that says "SDW Download Site." Click on the link. 4. At the following page, at the edit field where it says serial number, type the 5 digit serial number e.g. if your serial number is 55555-55555-050-US, type 55555. 5. At the password field, type frog1. Click on the submit or similar button. The information is displayed. The SMA count means the amount of SMA's that you have e.g. if the count is 2, that means you have 2 counts remaining. The radio button allows you to select the product key that you are going to download for that particular version.
