Just guessing, but it gives some idea of the age of the machine.

Thanks. Makes sence now.

No problem. The prior downloads on the page don't go away. Here's what mine
shows, and I've had it since KS5.1:

Keysoft SMA Downloads

 Keysoft SMA options

SMA Status:
3 SMA Updates remain

Downloads Available:

KeySoft 5.0

KeySoft 5.1 Build 22

KeySoft 6.11 Key

KeySoft 6.2

KeySoft 7.0 Key
Download button

So, even though I've upgraded my BN all the way to 7.0, I could still download
any of the previous upgrades if I wanted to. I don't know why this is, but
it's normal.

HTH

Hi Sarah;
If she has 1 more count, why is the 6.2 on there. You would think it
would just show 7.0, the version count was used for.
Please explain. This looks like she bought 2 counts to me.
Thanks.
I want to know how to understand this system for myself, not trying to
be in someone elses case.

Katie, this means that when 7.2 comes out, that there will be a new
option on the SMA page, and your one remaining count will go toward that
release. I hope this makes sense.

I logged onto the HW site where one can see their SMA status, and mine
said one update remains. It then listed 6.2 and 7.0. However, I
downloaded 7.0 and am now running 7.01 in fact. So, am I eligible for
7.2 then? Or, what am I supposed to make of this message?

Thanks,

Katie
