Now, I'm not all that annoyed, stuff happens like that no matter what company you deal with. So, I of course decided to purchase an SMA. Now, here is the part I'm having trouble with. This person told me on three occasions during this phone call that the cost of this SMA would be $145. She told me that if I wanted the next two upgrades shipped to me that the cost would be $195. Now, I was fairly sure that this was incorrect, but hey, why rock the boat!
