Hi,

If you are using 64-bit encryption, the wep key must be 10 characters in 
length.  If you are using 128-bit encryption, the wep key must be 26 characters 
in 
length.  

In either case, the key must be made up of characters 0 through 9 and/or 
letters a through f and no letters greater than f.  

Usually, if you do enter an incorrect key which does not match the one in your 
wireless router or whatever, the MPower will simply not connect properly.
