Here in Arizona, they will give you choices and get the one you ask for. I
do see the problem. If Voc Rehab has already purchased the Pac Mate, they
don't see any reason in buying you a BrailleNote. I'm know the suggestions
that have been given are great ones. Do what you have to do. Smile.

Funny, we in Iowa have purchased Pac Mates, Braillenotes, and
Window-Eyes for different clients.
It's true that we tend to purchase Braillenotes and Jaws, but we have
purchased other products when clients specifically request them.
