Carol, This fact is normal. PK is desinged as a companion device, not a fledged notetaker. The RAM is actually 40 MB (you'll remember some discussions about download issue), where the actual half is the RAM memory, while the other side, called KeySoft System Disk, is actually a ROM disk. It occationally happens that some manufactuerers use capacities like 64 MB, where 32 MB is the actual RAM and the other32 MB is the system partition. The Flash Disk is about 16 MB and this is typical for some devices.
