I had trouble getting my laptop set up on the in-room High Speed Internet at the Hyatt, but one of the techs at Hyatt Tech Support was able to set me up from his end. Seems my 2000 Acer Travel Mate 720 has a cantankerous Ethernet card as I had to do the same thing at the Fairmont queen Elizabeth in Montreal PQ. It is a pain though.
