Hi,
All PK's show one hundred percent when they are plugged in. Unlike
the other BrailleNotes, where they show a percentage even when plugged in.
She will need to call to get an RMA number before sending it in for
repair anyway, so perhaps they can do more trouble shooting with her
on the phone before she has to send it in.
