The easiest way would be to go to the file manager, erase file, select the flash drive, then the keylist folder.
Select the address list.
You will be asked if you want to erase the definition file, the database or both. Hit d, for the database. That will empty all your address information, but leave the address list fields in tact. Then, if you launch the address list, and hit l to lookup, it will say there is no database, create a database called address list? At that point hit y, and you will find no addresses.
Then, the person who buys it can enter their own info.
