Hi Rhonda In relation to the final paragraph of your email, the command "To move the current field down one place in the Field Definition List, that is, closer to the end of the list" is BACKSPACE with dots 5-6, (Ctrl with 9), not BACKSPACE with dots 2-3, (Ctrl with 7). This error is included in the Database Chapter of your User Guide (section 17.4.1 Field Definition List) for KeySoft 7.0. Thanks for pointing the error out to me and my apologies for its inclusion.
