Probably if notetaker users had phoned Hyatt Internet Tech Support, they may have been able to get you going on either the wired-in or wireless Internet in the hotel from their end. With the wireless network, you may have needed to call tech support each time you wanted to use it, I'm not sure on this point. I had to get tech support to intervene when I wanted to get my notebook PC on their wired-in network. They were very understanding. Brian -- No virus found in this outgoing message.
