As far as I understand it, a hard drive is just that--a full-sized drive
that uses magnetic heads in patterns to store information. A micro drive is
a drive that uses similar technology, but is put into something the size of
a PCMCIA or CF card. Basically the main difference is size, which leads to a
drop in memory capacity for the smaller (micro) drives.
If I am wrong, someone please correct me, but that is what I understand.

Subject: [Braillenote] difference between micro and hard drives
Hi, I have a question.
What is the difference between a micro drive and say an external hard drive
which would connect to the mPower? Is it merely a difference of memory
capacity or some other differences?
Thanks,
Katie
