I downloaded the BN PK Upgrade files directly to CF card through PC modem from HW sites. I did format CF in FAT. I did follow the instruction. It is the same problem as before. They are "hidden" files. I do not know anything about "root/top". I need more deeply detail how could I make the files in the root/top. I copy your instruction below. 1. On a PC or your PK, go to: http://www.humanware.com/Resources/downloads/KeySoft7.01Upgrade.asp. Select the link, "KeySoft 7.01 BrailleNote PK Download (build 25)". 2. Save the file (NK.nb0) to a known location on your PC, or if you are using the PK to download, then save directly into the root/top level directory (in other words, not a subdirectory or folder) of the CF card. 3. From the same web page select the link, "BrailleNote PK Upgrader" saving it to the same folder on your PC or directly into the root/top level directory of your CF card.
