Well, my suspicions have been confirmed. When I went looking for the card today to try in my BrailleNote, it said "PC card ready." I just went on and tried to go online. Ang guess what? It's a wireless card and not the ethernet card I asked for. As Brian suggested, I will go ahead and keep this card. However, Customer Service is really not on it. They need to send what people ask for. On top of that, I asked them not to send the manual in Braille. But they sent it anyway and charged me for it. I'm a bit upset. Thanks for listening and thanks for all help. Sharonda
