Hi Michelle,

You can save the document from within your current document in Keyword.

While you're in the document that you want to save, press space with s.
At this point, you'll either see "Document name?" or "This document has
not been modified.  Document name?"  Now, from here, you can type in the
name of the file you want.  Also, if you want to save the file as
another file type, IE. Microsoft Word, just press backspace with x to
cycle through the available options.  Once you've found the option, just
type the document name.  From the save document prompt, you can also
save the file to another folder or drive by pressing backspace at the
document name prompt.
