Hello Rhonda: The battery is dead, there is no more talking. right before I lost speech I was able to get this information.
I was reading a book, I stopped the reding, went to support mode,pressed p for power and received this message. battery is not critical 0 percent. While still in support mode I press the c and got this message. nominal charge is zero.
