The technicians know about BLuetooth, but not about your PK.
(THey don't know anything about the Braille note devices.)
I have some questions:
1. Do you have a cell phone?
2. Did you sign-up for service?
3. Do you know what configuration set-up to use?
4. If you aren't trying to use a cellphone, is it just WIFI you
want to use?
