Good Morning Everyone: I figured we may as all have an update.
I began this recallobration process yesterday afternoon at 3:40 P.M. It is currently 6:08 A.M. in California. I have just checked the status of the recallobration on the Voice-Note M-Power. It says Initial charge started at 4:59 A.M. Has been charging for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cycle 2. I'm charging up my battery. Initial charge. While in support mode I have also pressed the letter P and get this message Battery level 57 percent. I am charging up my battery. Initial charge. So that is where I am in the process at the moment. We will have to wait till I get home from work to see what the final results are. I have been down this road earlier this week. I hate to say it, but I am not expecting much. the only difference in this process is that I let the unit totally die. For the rest of you I so feel your pain. nancy Like you, I wonder how many others are dealing with this situation. I would bank more then we know. As someone mentioned to me not everyone who has a Braille- Note or voice-Note belongs to this list. My vote is to fix the current problems before trying to improve on something that actually worked at one time. I don't know about you all, but I recently recommended a Braille-Note to a friend. I am seriously wondering if I gave him good advise. I will think long and hard before I recommend this unit to another. To the person who wrote me off list regarding the Braille Sense can you please resend that information. I would like to speak with you more regarding that message.
