If you're using an Mpower, which I assuming you are since you're

bluetooth, then there's actually four resets mentioned: standard
reset,
1-2-3 reset, 4-5-6 reset, and the service reset. The service
reset is
mentioned in the last part of Appendix C. Hope that helps.
