Well, I'm not sure what's going on with your password issue, but I have
figured out that the problem that is the subject of this thread appears not
to be the result of the upgrade to KS 7.01. I rolled back to version 7.0
and tested the site, with the same results: the Pay Bills and Loans page is
not being properly rendered even under KS 7.0, which means that the links to
payees and the related form fields are not accessible.
The problem appears to be on WAMU's end. I have, therefore, re-installed KS
7.01.
