If you have exhausted all of your reset possibilities, I'll
just suggest one more. From the Main Menu, go into Keyword, and
open a document. Go to the Flash Drive. Go to the Dictionary
folder. Press Enter. Press the Space once so that you are at
the "list of all files" prompt, and press Space with X, (Read
with X). Press the Space bar once, then the letter K twice so
that you can see keysoft.ksd. Press Backspace C, (Ctrl I. You
will be asked if you are sure you want to erase the file. Press
Y. Don't go to Main Menu, but do a reset there. All of your
settings will go back to the default ones. Hope this works.
