Joseph, You forget the "BraillNote......zip" needs unzipped before copy to SD card.

On your PC or on your BN, go to www.braillenote.com. Click on BrailleNote downloads link. 2. At the following page, search for link that says something about 7.01. Download the mPower package by clicking the link for mPower. 3. At the Save As dialog, choose the location to where you want to save the file (if you are using your BrailleNote, choose SD card. If using a computer, preferablly My Documents or Deskcop.) 4. If you have saved the file to your PC, copy the files from your PC to an SD card that is between 64 and 512 MB in size. There are some technical issues with cards that are larger than 512 MB. 5. After you copied the file called nk.bin, remove everything from your BrailleNote. Connect the AC adapter. Hold down dots 1-2-3 and press Reset. 6. after the reset is complete, inser the SD card with the nk.bin file on it. Warning: the file must be at the root directory. 7. Hold down dots 4-5 and press Reset. The upgrade has started. Warning: do NOT disconnect the aC adapter whil the upgrade is in progress. After few minutes, the BrailleNote will reset and you will return to Main menu with keySoft 7.01.
