Well, the subject says it all.
I am writing to find out if anyone has experienced my problem, or
is currently experiencing this.
My unit is in New Zealand, and the reason for it, is the
following.
When I would turn on the unit, I would have the ability to use my
sd card, cf card, and any usb external drives as well as the
flash disk. If I had a lockup, I would need to perform a reset,
as usual, I would take the cards out and do a reset.
Once the braillenote came up and said main menu, I would insert
the cards again, but unfortunately, the only drive that would be
recognized, is the flash disk. there would be nothing as far as
the cf or sd and the external drive would not be there either.
So, if you went looking for a file, when you tried opening a
file, and you choose the drive, the only drive that would show,
is the flash and keysoft system disk.
Well, I received a e-mail from New Zealand last night, and they
say that the issue is a known issue caused by Microsoft. My
issue with this, is if this is true, then why aren't more people
experiencing this issue besides me.
So if there is anyone out there experiencing this issue, if you
could write me off list to keep the traffic down, please let me
know.
