I am a former pacmate user and it is extremely poorly made. I went through three units because they kept saying trying another unit when I asked for my money back. In the end, they refused to give me my money back because they said it had been too long. Well, if they had given me my money back when I asked for it instead of insisting that I take another unit then it wouldn't have been too long.
I certainly hope Jonathan can whip them into shape because I feel that they are a sinking ship because of poor products and extremely poor customer service. I even know of one department for the blind that is in the process of switching to window eyes for their customers because of FS's poor track record.
