Chris,
These are older cards used by the majority of the computing population
needing them a little while back now. They've moved on to other platforms.
BN users are a very small minority. These cards are for everyone - not
specificially BN users, so again we could soon see these being totally
unavailable. This has worried me for a while now and I have said so but
have had no feedback from Humanware.

Thanks for the thoughts. Why are manufacturers planning to discontinue
them when there's loads of new and upcoming Braillenote MPower users? Are
Humanware deciding to build wi-fi right in to the product or something?
Anyway thanks for the thoughts. Slight correction: It's my college, which
is based in Herdeford, where I had the access centre, and it's them doing
the research.

Dear Chris:
That is a good idea, having the university's access centre
research what type of network the university has and get back to
you.
Even if you have to buy it yourself, the wireless card for the
Mpower is a good investment as the manufacturer is planning to
discontinue them in the foreseeable future.
Take care and bet you're really forward to getting your new
Mpower.
Brian
