Someone at HW would have to write a program and have the database in place.
FS has done this for the packmate, though, I don't know how good it is.
I use an ID mate.

To the best of my knowledge it is not possible to use a bar code reader with
the M Power!  There is a stand alone bar code reader with a very large data
base!  It can be purchased from Envision America but cannot be used with
Braillenote!
