Yes, Rhonda put it well, that we all added to what the Braille
Note is today.
Only time will tell, but maybe Virgie, Richard Ring or someone
with the Pacmate can shed some light. I don't know if it's
off-the-shelf soutware or what, but one can use a bar code reader
with the Pacmate. I don't see why Humanware couldn't work with
Envision America to modify an update of the Id Mate to work with
the Braille Note. I suppose it'd be an extra peripheral, but
it'd be fascinating and probably useful to many. I've seen the
stand-alone latest version of the Id Mate, and it's much smaller
than before, thank goodness. Why create something else when they
could maybe work with Envision America, for example. Just a
thought.
Hopefully, the dictionary will be available soon. Not important,
really, but exciting.
I'm sure Humanwaros scrambling to find a replacement for
Jonathan, but they also must be choosy. I still use my little
20-35ll Braille Lite millennium, and I love my 18-35ll
braille-style m-power. These m-powers and whatever else people
have in the Braille Note family are wonderful.
